ACCOMMODATION AT THE UNIVERSITY OF EXETER
The accommodation unit at the University of Exeter offers Wi-Fi, with no extra bills of any sort after the accommodation fee has been paid. In addition, it contains a common room, computer access, and desk space.
The accommodation includes flats, single and double rooms and traditional residence halls. Depending on the student’s choice and preference.
The accommodation unit also offers the option of Private accommodation, catered and self–catered accommodations.
Due to the high demand for accommodation by the students, the accommodation offer is based on a first-come and first-served basis. Students might not get their initial residency choice, but a close one. If a student rejects an accommodation offer, he will not get another offer and will have to make another arrangement in the city for accommodation.

Accommodation at Streatham Campus: There are over 5,000 places in self–catered and catered accommodation which provides a place to all new undergraduate and postgraduate studies and international students for their first year if their applications are received by the deadline set by the accommodation unit of the school. This deadline is announced on the school website when applications open. The accommodation is either on-campus or off-campus but within walking distance of the campus.
